Who can get support
We can support staff on an individual basis. Just phone, e-mail, tweet or pop in and we will arrange a time to work with you on your own, to tackle your specific needs. We can support staff teams, if a number of you want to learn a particular skill, or how to use a particular resource. STUDENT SUPPORT
While the focus of these pages may be the support we offer to staff teams, don't forget we can also support your students with their use of digital learning.
Who can get support
We can come and do sessions with whole class groups (or more if you can find a room big enough!) as part of our Information Skills programme. Just phone, e-mail, tweet or pop in and we will arrange a time to work with your entire class. We can work with students individually. HE students can book one to one sessions, to really go in-depth with their particular needs. All students can attend our regular drop-in support sessions, to get individual questions answered. Of course any student can pop into a Learning Centre at anytime they are open and ask a question. If we can we will help them there and then. If that's not possible we will sort out a time and place for them to get the answers they need. |
